In the upper corners of the image border are two cherubs depicting the wind; at center is a caduceus. On both left and right-hand sides, at center, are two rabbits each dressed up and protruding from a top hat, brandishing a magic wand. At the bottom is a banner with the title text. The initials "W. H. C." can be seen in the lower right-hand corner.
