- Manuscript on paper in a single Italic hand of a treatise on the compatibility of the science of medicine with belief in Christianity and a vindication of Galen against four traditional attacks on him, including the "calumnies" that Galen favored reason over religion and that he scoffed at both Judaism and Christianity.
