Above the text is a decorative floral square, which also contains blessings for the bride and groom. This ketubah has horizontal creases, which indicates that it was stored folded over many times. The text is difficult to read by non-specialists in Sephardic cursive.

The text is surrounded by a floral border in various shades of blue and brown. The text is written in Italian block letters, however the ink is quite faded.

Signed by the groom (?) and two witnesses in Italian. One of the witnesses is the rabbi, David Samuel Pardo. The ketubah design is similar to that of other ketubot from Verona at that time.

The document is scalloped at the top. The decorated six cornered star at the center above the text contains a very short statement that the bride and groom stood under the canopy on a Friday. In the triangles of the star are abbreviations of blessings for the bride and groom. On either side of the star are also blessings for the bride and groom.
