A chaotic scene, with the reformers charging forward from left to right, under a large banner reading "Reform" and topped with a liberty cap; they wield a variety of weapons and ride upon various animals, including a fox, a rooster, a rat, an owl, and an elephant. King William is seen towards the back, sword raised above his head, riding a horse with the face of Earl Grey. The Duke of Wellington, in uniform and under a banner reading "The Oligarchy", rides an ass near the center of the group. Mortars are fired in the background; shells are seen flying and exploding in the air above
