Abstract:
On the left, Charles Fox, dressed as an Oriental prince, lies on the ground having fallen off an elephant who has the face of Lord North; Fox's dice and dice box are scattered on the pavement. In the speech bubble above his head: "Perdition, take thee for the chanse is thing." To his right, William Pitt sits astride the elephant who stands facing the entrance to the East India House; Pitt holds offers in his left hand a "New India Bill" and holds three others under his arm and in his pocket: "Stamp [...] act", "Sup ... lies", and "Military Act ...". In the background there is a gap between the two buildings

Abstract:
"Justice (left) flogs Fox at the tail of an elephant, as culprits were then flogged at the cart's tail. The elephant is in profile to the right. Fox is stripped to the waist, a rope round his neck is attached to the animal's tail, his hands are on the animal's hind-quarters; he looks over his right shoulder with an expression of anguish. Justice, a blind-folded woman in pseudo-classical draperies, stands with a knotted scourge raised to strike; she says "Vengence is mine, I will repay". On the elephant's flank is engraved, 'He that exalteth himself Shall be abased'."--British Museum online catalogue

Abstract:
An enraged elephant with Lord North's face runs along Leadenhall Street chased by a group of opponents of the India Bill. They are led by the King who prods the elephant's hind leg with a spiked stick. The unseated Fox, falling head downwards, is about to hit the "East India Bill" which lies on the pavement, on which a dog is urinating. On the left, Burke, having dropped the elephant's rope and trumpet, runs away tripping over a large bundle, "Plans of Oeconomy." In the background, Pitt shores up the facade of the India House with a large beam

Abstract:
George III, shown as a lion holding a sceptre and seated under a canopy, receives a deputation of ganders led by a fox (Charles Fox) and a muzzled bear (Lord North). The first of the ganders reads a petition requesting the dismissal of the elephant (William Pitt) who stands to the lion's left. On the right side of the throne, a bull (John Bull) with its head lowered, appears ready to attack the deputation. The text of "The ganders address" is etched below the image, together with the text of "The lion's answer" in which the King rejects the petition
